320MHz RFID Mixer Design

This chip is a design of upconverting mixer. Its structue is chosen to be double- balanced. The two inputs to this design are 320MHz and 10MHz digital signals. Extra circuits are design to genrate LO and IF signals from those digital inputs.

The project report contains a description of the project and details of the design and layout. A poster depicting our project layout is also available.
