Contratulations to the 2008-2009 Scholarship Winners
The upper level scholarship for the 2008-2009 academic year has been set to $7,500 and will be awarded in two installments; $3,750 for the Fall Semester and $3,750 for the Spring Semester. 1st year scholarships are $1,500 and will be awarded in two installments; $750 for the Fall Semester and $750 for the Spring Semester.

The purpose of the Consortium is to provide merit-based scholarships and co-op work experience to promising first-year, sophomore, junior, and senior students interested in the rapidly expanding microelectronics/semiconductor industry and majoring in either engineering or science at the University of Maine. The program is administered through the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering but students from all engineering and science departments are invited to apply.
